How does it work?

When you subscribe to Litter Loop you will get special Litter Loop waste bags that you fill up with your used and dirty cat litter.

Every month we will collect the Litter Loop waste bag, bring it to our recycling facility and clean the cat litter so that is hygienic to re-use.

While we collect your used cat litter we leave you with a fresh bag depending on the package you have subscribed for.

How do we clean the cat litter?

We have a collaboration with SmartBreed, a company that is using insects to clean waste. With some trials we were able to confirm that the used cat litter, if enriched with additional nutritional waste, the insect will feed on the remains and clean it in a natural way.

The good thing is that these insects will be further leveraged as products.
